Here are some photos of us preparing the ground for planting the pumpkins;

Taster sessions have now taken place for all classes, these sessions give the children an opportunity to see if they have green fingers.

Broad beans, carrots, sugar snap peas, beetroot and spring onions have been sown in the raised beds. Pumpkins and dwarf beans are growing in the cold frames.  Work has also taken place to clear the patch in readiness for more planting.

We have lots of things still to set, i.e. runner beans, lettuce and herbs.  We hope to sell produce again this year to help fund Nancy's sponsorship.
