Key Stage 2 Class Teacher (NQTs welcome)

For September 2020 we require a class teacher who is passionate about enabling our children to be the very best they can be.   This is an opportunity to work alongside and be supported by our excellent staff team.  We are interested in teachers at all stages of their careers, including NQTs.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a school, with a strong and supportive staff team and benefitting from the excellent practice already in place. Effective mentoring is a strong feature of our practice and we would invest time and energy in supporting a new teacher to our school to be the very best they can be.

We can offer:

  • A team passionate and dedicated to the learning and achievement of our children and supportive of one another.
  • A caring ethos, high standards and a proven commitment to providing an excellent all-round education for all children.
  • Children who demonstrate exemplary behaviour and have a fantastic work ethic.
  • A well-equipped school.
  • A forest on your doorstep opening up a wealth of outdoor learning opportunities.

Hartwell Primary is a one form entry “outstanding” Church of England Academy. Our children are great fun, caring and respectful, and want to do their best; a recent external teaching and learning audit confirmed the excellent learning environment in our school.

Visitors tell us that our school has the most wonderful “feeling”. We hope that potential candidates will be able to visit during the school day and experience this “feeling” for themselves.

Come and visit, ask us lots of questions and see if you get that “feeling” too!
