Timelines for organising appeals

Appeals for Northamptonshire Primary schools are scheduled for the week beginning 25th June 2012.  Appellants have 20 school days to lodge an appeal and 10 school days' notice of the date of their hearing;

2nd May 2012 - Northamptonshire County Council informs parents of the allocation of primary school places for September 2012.  Parents who have not been allocated a place at our school have the right to an Independent Appeal hearing.  Appeal forms can be obtained from the Appeals Administrator at the Peterborough Diocese Board of Education: telephone 01604 887006.

1st June 2012 - Closing date for the return of appeal forms to the Diocesan Office.

Week beginning 25th June 2012 - dates of appeal hearings (your individual time will be notified immediately after 1st June).
